Karl can both depreciate and compliment Kate at the same time. I don't quite understand the obsession with the royals- at least for Americans as they not even our royals. That is not to say that I don't do the same, the idea of royalty (and British ones especially) is fascinating. The act of being regal is something everyone should aspire to becoming. The level of class they keep up brings on the ideas of simpler times. And really pretty chandeliers (but thats just me).
