I don't subscribe to ELLE UK but this issue made me want to start. Chloe is one of my on and off stlye icons. Sometimes she get its so perfectly matching my style and sometime I just don't like her outfits. She is beautiful yet not super thin. And she is the ideal New York young arty actress.
