For LOVE magazines S/S 2011 issue, Kate Moss and Lea T were photographed in what some consider controversial cover shots. Mert and Marcus shot the photos of the two girls kissing. Lea T is a newer model who is actually both male and female. She was formerly assistant to Ricardo at Givenchy who also has done more than a few nude shots for popular magazines such as French Vogue last August.
Born under the name Leandro, the Brazillian muse was only recently discovered while working in fashion as an assistant. She is known as fashions first transgender. While she may not be exactly the ideal when thinking of a model, there is obviously no one type of model or one type of beauty. She is quite gorgeous and off to a good start in the modeling world.
As well as the perfect cover model for LOVE's androgyny issue.
Then of course, there was the complete opposite - Justin Bieber who was on the alternative cover. His shoot was with Terry Richardson and is refreshing but slightly too toned down for LOVE as it is one of the edgiest large magazines in the industry.
