Leeora Catalan is the designer for nOir jewelry since she started the brand in 1995. She is right up there with Pamela Love in terms of costume jewelry I would kill for. Each piece has such personality that it could easily stand alone or be mixed in with other bold pieces. They may be about 10 - 100 times more expensive than similar knockoffs at forever 21 but they are worth every bit. They are insanely creative. I can rant about them forever.
