This is one of the major trends for casual summer days, but try and be like Kate when wearing this trend: wear something under it. I have seen a few people walking around in a dress like this without a tank under it and it looks so trashy...especially if your not wearing a bra. Dress it up with a great bag, glittery ballet flat, or an arm-full of bangles.
