So its not exaclty a secret that I think Miley Cyrus could do so much more with her style. Those sweats just don't cut it when every move you make is turned into some big internet scandal. Last week she impressed me. She took the rocker chic thing that she has always claimed to have had and finally showed me that she really does have it. My favorite outfit of the night even. Herver Ledger dress, Balenciaga gladiator heels and tons of punk-y looking necklaces layered under her super long hair.
Now if only she could keep this way of dressing up then she would be worthy of being called 'Hollywood;'s it girl'.
